Our Mission

Through COMMUNICATION, COORDINATION and COOPERATION, the Island County Utilities Coordinating Council (ICUCC) works to achieve the orderly planning and installation of underground facilities. Because more and more utilities are being placed underground, communication, coordination and cooperation are vital.
